- Policy and strategy development.
- Partnership development, including working with artists, community groups and other organisations.
- Building audiences, with an emphasis on fulfilling the potential of collections and exhibitions through creative interpretation and engagement.
Project Management
- Feasibility studies and visioning, preparing briefs and funding submissions.
- Ongoing project management support.
- Impact assessment: evaluations, assessments and monitoring, particularly those receiving HLF funding (I am a member of the HLF’s Register of Specialists).
Strategic and Operational Development
- Advising on exhibition and display programming to maximise audiences and resources.
- Business planning.
- Reviewing organisational structures for effective service delivery.
