  • Building audiences, with an emphasis on fulfilling the potential of collections and exhibitions through creative interpretation and engagement.

Project Management

  • Feasibility studies and visioning, preparing briefs and funding submissions.
  • Ongoing project management support.
  • Impact assessment: evaluations, assessments and monitoring, particularly those receiving HLF funding (I am a member of the HLF’s Register of Specialists).

Strategic and Operational Development

  • Advising on exhibition and display programming to maximise audiences and resources.
  • Business planning.
  • Reviewing organisational structures for effective service delivery.
